We were originally founded in October of 1980 as The Utica Foursquare Church. We are still part of The Foursquare Church family today! We have however, adopted a few slogan names over the years as the culture of our church evolved over time. Beginning with City Hope Fellowship, then City Hope Church, we then embraced Reimagine Church as our slogan name in 2023. Same church, same people and still Foursquare, but now with renewed vision, mission and purpose. Over the course of the years, we have continued to serve the City of Utica and the surrounding communities with the Good News of Jesus Christ!

We are not looking to connect people to "church", we are looking to connect people to God's vision...for our surrounding community and even beyond! We believe while the church does consist of a building, its primary purpose is for God's people to be in relationship with Him first and with each other. Because of this we do not see people as mere attendees, but rather as family! At Reimagine Church our desire is to make an impact in the lives of people that leads them into total transformation in Christ Jesus!

We believe God has given us a vision to IMPACT the City of Utica, the surrounding areas and all of Upstate New York. Our focus is not to build a large church but to build spiritually large people. We will accomplish this through small home gatherings, social media, technology, outreach, the arts and music to make apprentices of Jesus Christ. People are not projects, they are family. We are all about creating impact and experiencing change as we encounter Jesus!
